Thank you for this detailed review and we are grateful you chose to stay with us at the Hilton Omaha. A couple of points that my interest you:
1) We are in the midst of completing our 600 guest room re-imaging and renovation. Your next stay with us will be in a new room. 2) Feel free to use our complimentary airport shuttle and save on the transportation fee if you please. 3) We will be putting a new water station in the health club this year. I am sorry this is not in yet. It is a more complex plumbing situation than we expected. Until then, we do offer water at the front desk which is fairly close to the gym entrance.
