This was a nice Hilton and the check in and check out experience was good. The valet people are really helpful and offer super service, which is appreciated. The room was clean and the view was nice. The only issue was that our room was a mile to get to. The live music and atmosphere was also good.

Raneisha at the front desk was an absolute delight and extremely helpful! Gave some great suggestions for places to dine locally. The hotel itself was gorgeous centrally located in the heart of Omaha. The hotel was packed because of an event but well planned out

The room was great. Stay was great. But I want to talk about the lady who checked us in. Her name was Tessa, and she was so nice. We had a mess up on our reservation and she helped us right through it. She was as friendly as could be. It was so nice to have someone so nice and helpful. That seems to be missing these days. I hope this gets back to her as she rates a 10 for service
