Stayed four days for a convention at the CHI. Rooms were clean and stylish. Pillow top bed comfortable with soft sheets and two pillow options each. Interstate exchange outside our window but room was very quiet. Someone at convention stayed at the Marriott and also had the interstate out his window and said he couldn’t sleep from the noise, also he had no skyway to CHI. As diamond club member, the gentleman that checked us in was able to accommodate a top floor upgrade request. Did not eat at hotel restaurant since conversation fed us but menu looked good, used our $15/each diamond credit at the pantry store with the Starbucks. Easy walk to downtown and the Bob Kerrey pedestrian bridge. Felt safe walking, hotel area was fine, but downtown homeless seems to be getting worse. Parking garage felt safe, but self parking price went up to $29 from $25 right before our stay.

This was a nice Hilton and the check in and check out experience was good. The valet people are really helpful and offer super service, which is appreciated. The room was clean and the view was nice. The only issue was that our room was a mile to get to. The live music and atmosphere was also good.

Neeraj at guest registration was amazing. Efficient, polite, professional, and helpful. He helped with everything I had questions about, how to receive a package that was being delivered, the best place is to grab a quick bite. Thank you for making my stay great.
