Long drive over 10hrs and was treated and upgraded at arrive from Raneisha and Heather help my wife with accommodation for her work.. They was super friendly and great and welcoming. Gave us so many places to check out and eat.. These ladies need a raise.. We will definitely stay at this location when I return back to Omaha in the future.. My stay at the Hilton downtown Omaha was Top Notch! I was meeting relatives who were flying out the next day and it was super convenient for all of us. The front desk team was very kind and attentive and made sure to remind me about my parking garage ticket. I had a quick meeting in the lobby with a colleague and just love the beautiful leather furnishings! My room was perfect - very clean, quiet and such a comfortable bed! It had everything I needed. We were able to enjoy the lobby bar prior to indulging in a delightful meal at Nick's Quorum and then met for coffee the next morning. I would highly recommend this hotel for all of its amenities and convenience in downtown Omaha. I will be back for sure!

honestly it’s a beautiful hotel but the staff was not helpful and the food was way too expensive. no one cleaned our room the entire weekend even without the sign on the door. very disappointed with how much i paid to be here and enjoy the concert.

Rooms are nicely updated but FAR down a hallway! The water temperature was unstable in the shower from scalding hot to cool. The hotel lobby was strange with a bar that wouldn’t serve food unless you sat that - with only take out allowed to sit at the booth. A weird upscale restaurant and no amenities to speak of save a cvs machine near the garage. No lounge or proper restaurant or breakfast area.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s gone downhill. Hopefully they can pick it back up.
I had to tell the desk and use the QR code in the bathroom twice, 3-days later to get body soap.
The worst part was lack of attention to the little things. A dead bird outside an exit door for over a day is a shame. Makes me wonder what else is being ignored.
