DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst place ever.
First night I had no hot water, next morning they moved me to another room. Thee next morning I woke up to water coming through my ceiling from room above in the shower. Posting picture. Would post vise but it will not let me. Demanded a refund.

I always know when I stay at a Hilton property, I will be treated right and the bed will be comfortable. This stay was no different. Nautica went out of her way tone sure we were happy with our stay. There was an issue with the first room she assigned us and was quick to make it right for Mom and myself.

Nice hotel. Walkable to many downtown items. Parking is easy. Rooms were clean. Service was friendly.
Received a diamond upgrade to a slightly larger room. Bed was comfortable. Everything in room worked. Baby Starbucks you can use your daily credit towards.

Makenzie at the front desk was amazing. There were several items in our room that had not been taken care of prior to our arrival. Makenzie apologized on behalf of DoubleTree and made everything right with us. This was our first experience here but it is my mother’s favorite hotel so we gave it a shot. Thanks to Makenzie’s service, we’ll be back as well!!!
