The hotel is beautiful and is in a nice location. Mackenzie was the greatest receptionist. She was very kind and helpful getting us checked in. My room was clean and had everything I required for a great night sleep. Would recommend to everyone traveling to Omaha.

The staff really does care!!!

I want to recognize this hotel sales team and staff here in Omaha. I’ve stayed at this property many times. I recently called to verify a few things and was treated with professionalism and kindness. Kelly Nixon and the staff went above and beyond. The thing is they didn’t have to but they took the extra time and cared about the customers experience. This should be a model for how other properties treat their customers. Job well done Kelly, Ben and Kori! Look forward to staying many more times.

Room tip: Call, for anything!!!! They will make you feel like family.

Very nice place

Amazing service by mackenzie. I have never had better service at the double tree. Nice warm cookies and a clean bed. Top 10 experience ever. Parking was easy. Staff was very helpful. Settled right in. Clean sheets. Definitely taken care of here.

Excellent Customer service from Mackenzie at the front desk

Always enjoy my stay at this hotel….
Mackenzie at the front desk is AWESOME.
Clean rooms and great breakfast in the morning.. Not to mention the location..
Walking distance to most bars and eateries…..Great place to stay without a doubt.. Thanks to Mackenzie for providing great customer service

DO NOT STAY HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst place ever.
First night I had no hot water, next morning they moved me to another room. Thee next morning I woke up to water coming through my ceiling from room above in the shower. Posting picture. Would post vise but it will not let me. Demanded a refund.

Room tip: The rooms are not clean. Stained tubs, stained ceilings. Water leaking through ceiling. $4 for a bottle of water. Ridiculous

An overnight stopover

I always know when I stay at a Hilton property, I will be treated right and the bed will be comfortable. This stay was no different. Nautica went out of her way tone sure we were happy with our stay. There was an issue with the first room she assigned us and was quick to make it right for Mom and myself.
