Brooke was amazing and super sweet. Hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. The environment was very nice. The breakfast was ok. The pancakes were hard and even when they brought out fresh ones they were still hard. The staff for the most part was good but Brooke hands down was awesome

There were a couple hiccups finding a room but Brooke at the front desk was extremely helpful getting us a room! I felt like a pain since we had to change rooms more than once but not only did she make sure we ended up in a comfortable room for our stay, she provided breakfast vouchers for the bit of inconvenience. Great service all around.

Check in was a breeze because Mackenzie was such a joy. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions while smiling the entire time. I was at the Doubletree on a business trip we got in later in the evening we were all tired and just wanted to go to our rooms but I was so grateful that we were checked in by someone as kind and informative as Mackenzie.

Mackenzie at the front desk was very helpful. She answered all of our questions and was very friendly with us. Hotel was in a great location. You can walk to restaurants. The bar and lounge area was nice to unwind. I would come back again. Thank you.
