Room was updated & clean. Beds are quite comfortable, too. Common areas are well maintained.
Check-in experience couldn't have been easier, especially at a busy time of the evening.
Brooke was super pleasant and snagged us the last warm cookie while the other were being prepared, which didn't hurt anything! Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Omaha.

Brooke at the front desk was an absolute delight! She was so sweet and helpful! She Helped with any questions or issues I had with the biggest smile on her face! The man working the airport shuttle was also just a delight and greeted me with a smile!

Brooke was amazing and super sweet. Hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. The environment was very nice. The breakfast was ok. The pancakes were hard and even when they brought out fresh ones they were still hard. The staff for the most part was good but Brooke hands down was awesome

There were a couple hiccups finding a room but Brooke at the front desk was extremely helpful getting us a room! I felt like a pain since we had to change rooms more than once but not only did she make sure we ended up in a comfortable room for our stay, she provided breakfast vouchers for the bit of inconvenience. Great service all around.
