Beautiful, spacious rooms, with nice decoration, clean and cozy!!The view from the pool and the rooms is breathtaking!!Very good location. 5minutes walk from the center of Sivota Village and the famous beach "Bella vraka". Owners are very helpful and kind.

Stayed for a week and could not fault the apartments,comfort,views,friendly owners,location,cleanliness etc !! Loved the daily cleaning and clean towels and crisp cotton sheets most days .
Close to beaches by foot and many more a short drive by car or the little land train for 2€
Pool was great too . May well return !
very high standard apartments, best we have stayed in in Greece, decorated beautifully, cannot fault them, fantastic view, small pool but lovely. We visited when it was hot, so the air con was much appreciated. short walk to the harbour downhill, so uphill on return, but not too bad as such a lovely walk, about 10 mins maybe less. taxis seemed readily available if you needed them. easy walking access to Karvouno beach and Bella Vakra. Would definitely use again if visiting Syvota. The owners are lovely and there is parking if you need it
The Apartments have a great view to the beach of Karvouno. Big space with a great bathroom and very helpful and nice owners especially George and Giannis (brothers). You can walk to the center of syvota in only 3-5 minutes and have to beaches in walking distance (Karvouno and Bela vraka). For the last 5 years I stayed in niriides at least 2 days a Year and will be doing this for the next five I hope.

Apart from the fact that Sivota is a paradise and dream place , niriides apartments was a real surprise for us after searching online for long to find just low-quality or too expensive studios to stay.The owners were more than willing to help us and guide us.The made us feel welcome, typical characteristic of all people in Epirus.The view was breath-taking and the place ideal to go to the centre and the beaches on foot.We will definitely come back!!!!
