Clerk charged me for 5 stays, in error, when it should have been 2. Manager did nothing to help correct this, assuming that the extra charges would drop off of my bank card the next day. It took 8 days. The manager wouldn't come to the phone to help me correct this with the bank. Never at Microtel again, ever.

Good comfortable place to stay. Clean. Food for breakfast wasn't that good but orange juice was great. Will stay again. Service desk lady at check in was pleasant. Suite was awesome for the price. Will be back.

Stayed 2 nights to visit the Lincoln sights. Desk staff helpful, we got a larger room due to a computer glitch in our reservation, so that was really nice to have the extra room. Quiet, no issues. Bathroom & room very clean. Somehow when we left, we misplaced or left the cord & power supply for my c-pap machine. When I discovered that, I called & Deanna tried to look for it with no luck. I called the next couple days, talking to Christie & Sarah (I think) & they were all helpful, having housekeeping look further, etc. Ultimately it was not found, which was a bummer. Taught me an expensive ($121.99) lesson: be sure to pack up my power supply!! Hotel is also close to restaurants.

If you're looking for a reasonable place to stay this is it over all the price is amazing for what you get super friendly staff amazing clean updated rooms modern fresh you couldn't ask for anything more for the price you pay for the night

When we wanted to check in, we had to wait approx 10 min for any staff member to show up. The room appeared clean but then we found a used water bottle under the sheets in one of the beds. I can only assume this means the sheets weren't changed from the last guests and the bed was just remade. We switched rooms without difficulty. Unable to connect to hotel's wifi. The staff was friendly. We probably wouldn't stay here again but it could've been worse.
