I would start my revue with the fact this hotel served years before as cotton factory, later on renovated and reconstructed in 4 star hotel.
We were a group of travel agents and journalists from bulgarian companies staying in this hotel for 4 nights. Our goal was to explore Milan, Como, Maggiore-Stresa plus Lugano and St. Moritz in Switzerland. The hotel was our relaxing point as for my opinion and it served it most well. The rooms are fairly large. Not all of them with bathtubs though. Fortunately we had it in our room. Breakfast / buffet/ pretty good, food and drink assortment good enough! I personally enjoyed it! The dinners are not buffet, but a la cart. No opinion here from myself, never give it a try! Some nice restaurants in town for a change are available, so some members of our group enjoyed it. The central parts of town are minutes away. One last credit for this place is a big supermarket very good priced and assorted is in the same building of the hotel, literally next corner! It is open until 20.30 evening times.

Room Tip: Not all rooms are equipped with barth tubes, so if you wish such room just request that!

The hotel is well located if you're visiting the Rho Fiera grounds- they offer transport to and from the fair grounds which is great. The hotel itself is well equipped, large rooms, helpful staff and it's right on top of a supermarket if you need some last minute things.

Second time I've stayed here, excellent hotel, reception very friendly , everything very clean, had a meal in restaurant, very good, the only minus was the heating didn't really heat the room well so found it a bit on the cold side, would definitely stay again though

We had a dinner to the restaurant of this hotel , which was a disaster . My wife nearly drowned from a single bite of a fish (sea base ) , which was unclean from his fish scales . The person in charge instead of help us or even ask what was going on , after five minutes that she tried to avoid been drowned , he tried to refuse the responsibility of the cook . We show him the 5 out of 15-20 large fish scales in a towel , and of course left the restaurant .

We asked to speak with the manager and he didn’t call us , instead we received a sorry mail through booking.com from him .

Just to let you know

The hotel is a brilliant architectural renovation of a former factory of cotton and at least the bar located in the terrace is worth a visit. Rooms are not so well maintained, and cleaness must be improved. Breakfast is just average. Personnel are kind and problem solving.
