The staff at this hotel were all friendly & helpful. The room was clean & well stocked with all the necessary amenities. Great location right off the highway and short distance to bars/restaurants/sports venues.
I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Boston/Cambridge area!

Pretty basic hotel in a not very nice area. Parking is included but it seems that it is limited. it was full by the time we arrived. The hotel not worth the money. The pre is a subway station nearby but it is currently closed. Breakfast was pretty limited. On the positive side: rooms were very clean and the bathroom recently renovated. Checking was somewhat friendly

Room tip: Try to check in early if you need parking

Please note, the Lechmere T station is currently under renovation, but it is not closed. The public buses still operate from the station as well as a complimentary shuttle from Lechmere to North Station, which is in lieu of the paid trolley service for that part of the trip.

Ok but expensive stay in Cambridge. Hotel was clean; staff fine but no frills.
I think it’s stupid you have to fill the review with 200 characters. Breakfast was minimal- and not very good. Coffee blah.

The location worked out for me as it was very easy to take the T to Fenway Park. The Lechmere bus was free and easy and went to North Station where we picked up the train.
The hotel itself was acceptable. As mentioned in previous reviews, the parking garage places were tight but I did not find this to be an issue as I checked it at 3:15 on Saturday and there were a lot of spaces remaining.
The room was acceptable. TV, refrigerator, bathroom sink and shower. I have stayed in Hampton Inns in the past and this room did not come close to their level. A bit of a letdown.
Staff was helpful when I had an issue and I give them an A for that! No grab and go bags for breakfast which I had enjoyed at other Hampton Inns.

Family stay and knowing Boston and the construction we asked for a room in the back upper floors for quiet. Room was clean and neat, staff was polite and helpful. The reason we only gave it 3 out of five was that few of the staff wore masks, the breakfast area was packed with people and very few had masks. While I understand that masks/no masks is up in the air; you’d think they’d at least try to limit the number of people in the breakfast area. We weren’t comfortable even entering that area so couldn’t leave a review about the food.

Room tip: Parking is very limited in building so be prepared, get upper floors away from elevators and facing the back of the building

I'm sorry to hear you weren't comfortable in our breakfast area. We do also offer seating in our lobby area and have removed a number of tables to help with distancing. We also have signage and our team does instruct guests to wear face coverings while in public areas. At times, this does propose a challenge for our team to enforce. We are continuously addressing this with our team and guests to reinforce.
