The Bed and Breakfast Capanna Carla is hosted in a wooden-clad chalet plunged in the absolute quiet of a tiny hamlet, some 600 metres from Staffal's ski lifts. It's a cosy accommodation, particularly fit for couples. It consists of three double rooms, a dining room and a kitchen, all wooden clad and wooden furnished in typical alpine style.
The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, though they don't have a private bathroom, the three rooms sharing only two bathrooms. It's no big deal, however, as the bathrooms are as comfortable as the bedrooms and well supplied with toiletries and clean towels.
The breakfast is particularly worth mentioning. You'll find all sorts of good things on the massive living room table: homemade pies, croissants, local jam, muesli, and so on.
All things considered, during our stay everything was almost perfect. Yet I'm not giving a full five-bullet rating because the Capanna Carla doesn't accept credit cards, which in my opinion is not a negligible detail. Actually, not only do they not accept credit cards, but they don't even issue a receipt unless you explicitly ask for it, and this is even more annoying.More
