I love the acoustics, concerts are amaxing here. However I do not like the seating. you feel like you are falling forward.

Acc basketball tournament was held in Atlanta at the phillips arena. Very nice and clean venue. We had seats in the upper level, but did not feel like bad seats. We were center court and could see everything very well. I was worried we would feel like we were I the nosebleed section, but we were not. There was another section above us. We sat in section 310. Lots of food choices, all the normal arena concessions, plus chic fil a, and bar b que. one strange issue, when you get a bottle of water or a soda they take the top off and keep it, they said they were not allowed to leave them on. Weird! A big plus, the seats were very comfortable. A big plus when we were thee for four days worth of basketball games. Located within walking distance of a lot of hotels. Near the CNN center, the aquarium, the coke museum, and centennial park. A good time was had by all! Except when unc lost the last game. Lol.

Nice venue, but like all of them these days, they rape customers on concession food.

Lots of food vendors and shops in the arena and also in the CNN Center, which is connected. Comfortable seats and a great view from the 200's level.
