I rented 2 rooms for 3 days. It was a family excursion and cost over $2,100. The rooms were adequate and would have been pleasant if there had been any maintenance, which there wasn't -- no fresh linens, no clean towels, not even replacement of toilet paper. Complaint didn't help. There was no room service menu in one of the rooms, and when I asked for one at the front desk, I was told that it would have to be brought to my room, which took another 30-45 minutes. The inaccessibility of food probably saved me a bundle because the breakfasts I got were around $40 each, for nothing more than a glass of juice, a small pot of coffee and a bowl of cereal or a couple of pieces of toast. On the plus side, hotel personnel were quite pleasant; they just did nothing to improve the situation. I almost forgot, since I didn't have a car: the cost to park one was outrageous: $39 per day, which is about the same as in downtown DC where I live.
