This is quite an unassuming place from the outside. Tables are placed close to the pavement and the front of house doens’t look anything special. However, disregard these first impressions and step inside.
Service is friendly and accommodating. When we arrived all the exterior tables were reserved. Maybe this is a ploy, but if so, it works. They dutifully found us a table for four and did so with good grace.
Starters were superb, more so than the main courses. Puddings were even better. A really nice treat, particularly given that we weren’t expecting anything extraordinary.
Expect to spend approx €100 for a family of four for dinner with modest drinks.
