Recommend this hotel as the staff were Brilliant and always ready to help! Only think I have to say is that they should bring in more entertainment for teens/young adults as the evening entertainment was very tailored towards children! Would definitely go again!

This place is a joke. When we booked it review we’re good. Then they plummeted. We asked Jet2 to move us but we’re told there’s nothing they could do. We thought we’ll give it a go. How bad could it really be??
Jet2 sold me a large room with 2 rooms. When I got there it was tiny and nothing like what was advertised (see photos). The hotel offered a room swap, to the room actually advertised, at an additional cost of £1200 for 10 nights. I declined.
The beds are horrific and led to lots of sleepless nights. The single beds are camp beds with broken bits on them. The toilet was horrific and was full of mould that had been there a long time. We couldn’t access the balcony without moving the camp beds. The rooms are for 2 people but the hotel put 4 of us in together. Not ideal with me, the wife and 2 daughters.
The food was ok but as we never got a timetable of meals for the restaurants we missed many meals.
The pool situation is a joke. Nowhere near enough sun beds as the hotel is over booked as the rooms are for 2 people and the hotel are putting 4/5/6 people in a room. We couldn’t get around the pool so went to another hotel, adding to our cost. They give you short drinks in tiny plastic cups. You’ve spilled most of it by the time you get back to your chair. The pool has a real Club 18-30 feel. Raucous and far too loud for us.
Staff barely speak English, if any at all. I get I am in another country but when I have to use google translator to get my message across then I am struggling. I asked for more pillows and got blankets.
The staff work hard but they are working with the poorest facilities.
It is so bad, Jet2 have stopped using it now and the hotel closed early this year. Hopefully, they get there act together as the resorts (Ovacìc / Hisaronu) are wonderful.
Read all the reviews,some days good reviews followed by 5 negative Reviews so really wasn’t looking forward to going and was looking to book else where!!! Realised this was probably going to be a 2/3 star all inclusive,but seen as we had gone for the cheapest holiday available things could only get better!!! Very long story short,actually really enjoyed it,travelled with a 1 year old and an 18 year old and my partner!!! Staff brilliant,food was pretty good,never went hungry or thirsty ,lovelly omelettes each morning,food in the restaurant though out the day!!! Plenty of sun beds around any of the pools .£1,800 for a week ,4 people,peak season I’d say it was a bargain.Jet2 rep was really good as was all the staff
Food unedible , cold and miserable staff, and not welcoming and just so depressing, filthy areas and unloved hotel , such a shame with hot food and smiling staff and least feel welcome ,so not what I expected from all inclusive hotel as been to Turkey about 8 times this hotel is by far the worse.
Worst holiday ever.We spend 10 days in this shi*hole.Room never cleaned,everyday need asked 5 times for fresh towels.Kids club not exist.Evening entertainment very poor with drunk manager.Food taste ok but was cold._Slide working 1 hour two times per day.Swimpool area plenty of cracked tiles not very safe.
Read the reviews and how bad they were but unfortunately this was after we had already booked so we went with an open mind prepared to make our own minds up.
We arrived at the room where we found that myself and my 2 young daughters were squeezed into a room meant for 3 people maximum which was also confirmed by reception when we tried to complain and get moved.
There was one double bed and 2 fold out camp beds which when out filled the entire floor space of the room and blocked the patio door to the balcony.
The room itself was fairly clean but extremely dated with wires showing behind the mirror and a patio door which did not lock.
The room was only cleaned when we asked and we were only given clean towels and bedding if we asked, fortunately our room was next to the housekeeping cupboard where towels were delivered to so we were able to help ourselves when we needed them. This made us the lucky ones as everyone we spoke to had experienced the same issues.
The food is basically the same everyday which is ok as is to be expected on an all-inclusive but on 3 occasions I had raw meat that I could not, if you like chips you are in luck as they are served at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
There is only one small bar pen during the day so the ques are always long and when you do get your drink they are all served in the smallest cups ever. On 3 separate occasions the bar ran out of beer and every day it closed for an hour for cleaning in the late afternoon but there was no alternative bar open to enable you to get a drink whether that be a soft drink or alcoholic.
Ther the main pool is absolutely filthy dirty with the water actually being a milky colour and it is extremely crowded around there. There are cracked / broken tiles in the pool where people were cutting their feet on a daily basis with some requiring hospital treatment effectively ruining the rest of their holiday. We opted for the smaller quiet pool as it was safer and cleaner for the children to use but its a very small area so was not always easy to get sunbeds.
The hotel was massively over subscribed so sunbeds were at a premium with people putting towels out earlier and earlier to reserve them otherwise you stood no chance, in the end towels were being put down prior to people going to bed.
The gym advertised is non existent and what equipment is in there is broken and dangerous to use.
Every single day the reception area was full of people complaining, especially the morning after any new arrivals had checked in and the staff were basically not interested and all the reps want to do and are interested in is selling you excursions.
The entertainment starts at 11pm every night which is too late for the smaller children but we were then left trying to sleep through the noise associated with it.
The hotel is that bad that every night there is a huge wait for Taxi's as all the guests try to escape the horror house for the evening, which felt like getting out on day release! The down side is you end up spending so much more money leaving the all inclusive behind. My suggestion is spend a bit more do not go here and have a lovely holiday somewhere else.
Read through 99% of the rest of the reviews on this place and you'll see ours is not an isolated complaint or bad experience.
Advertised kids club is non existent, these are a few chairs and tables placed on a muddy area with cigarette butts and at one point a dirty pair of pants on the floor. This is also very rarely staffed.
We have since complained to our provider who contacted the hotel and denied anything was wrong with anything so as a result neither party are interested so we will be taking this further.
Please spend your money wisely and go somewhere else!
