Visited this establishment on a Saturday night. Placed was packed when we got there. It is not overly large, so don't expect to walk in with 10 people and find a place to sit. Food was good. Service was a little slow, but not unexpected considering the number of people there. Bartenders were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is more for ages 35+. Lots of 70's to 90's music..mostly rock and country. I wouldn't recommend a very young group visit, as the atmosphere seemed to be tuned towards a little older crowd. And this was nice, because there weren't many "hotheads" to worry about.

In the historic district of Natchez and the near Antebellum Bar back has a very unique history. Great food, service and better than normal Bar food. it appeared that they have Live Music frequently. Close to the nice "River Walk"

We intended to grab a beer in Bowies before heading to another restaurant. However, it had such a nice feel and the young lady who served us was so friendly, fun and pleasant that we stayed for supper. Good selection of beers, some fun, well-priced cocktails and a surprisingly good wine list. Food was first rate, especially the oval catfish. Well worth a visit.

Right across the street from out hotel. After a rather disappointing meal at Camp restaurant we were happy to find Bowies. Ate lunch and dinner here. Seafood nachos very good.
