Amazing meal! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Ko for our anniversary dinner. I had the fresh fish with magnet crust, it was very good, well cooked and so moist. My husband had the pork chop and honestly was the best piece of pork I have ever tasted, very juicy and tender and would defiantly go back for it again! Our waiter Drew was awesome, he recommended his favourite dishes and explained the menu, was super friendly, service was top notch!
As well as the front of the house staff was very excellent, they assisted my mom in surprising us by helping her take care of our check from the mainland which was a very nice unexpected surprise! We also had the pineapple upside-down desert, it was so good! I'd go back just for that.

The number one restaurant on TripAdvisor in Wailea. I found a good but far from great. Nicks in the same Fairmont Hotel is way better and the food was amazing and the staff attentive. In Ko the food was good the staff was average and the meal was expensive. I would go back but only if Nick's closed.

What a great meal! We started with the crispy spring rolls and Ahi on the hot lava stone. A signature dish at the restaurant. One got the catch of day in coconut broth the other the grilled pork chop. The pork chop was amazing. Service was great as well. Would return

We went to Ko for a special dinner on our trip to Maui. They have a fairly large menu for an upscale restaurant. They also have a good kids menu with normal type options if needed. The view is lovely. We had an excellent and knowledgeable server. We ordered the spring roll appetizer--very good. We ordered fish of the day, very good. Also ordered some noodle dishes--one liked, one not liked. The kids cheeseburger was good too. The bread tray was a nice touch. We stayed at the Fairmont, so Ko was an easy option for our spurge special dinner. I liked that Ko had a variety of choices to order.

This restaurant's menu is not quite as kid-friendly as Nick's nearby, but there are tons of excellent flavors you might not think to try. Reservations are a must during busy weeks, but again, this is an excellent restaurant to keep on your go-to list, if you staying at the Fairmont.
