My wife, 5 kids and I stayed here in between a home sale and purchase and chose it because of the pool and slide. We were there 5 nights and the slide was open all of 10 hours (2 nights of 5-10pm). The pool area was dirty and hot tub was disgusting.
Having adjoining rooms was nice but about the only positive part of our stay.

Paid with Rewards Certificate . But they charged the stay to my card anyway. 4 days later still not resolved and the manager says she will try and resolve it today. Front desk people should know how to handle Hilton Honors rewards if they work at HILTON!!!!!

Clean but average stay. Bed did not adjust as advertised. Bar and food menu is overpriced. Staff was ok but more engaged in speaking with each other than the guests. The highway noise is disturbing day and night, even when staying on the parking lot side of the hotel and not the highway side. location is good due to mall and food nearby.

We had booked this stay for the slide and pool area attraction. We were disappointed that the slide was not clean. The hot tub was also very foamy. We only used the pool area briefly. It was rather disappointing since this is what brought us to the hotel. The hotel and room amenities were great and the location was across the street from shopping.

Everything about the hotel is good (clean room, pleasant staff etc.) except our breakfast, which wasn't. Burnt eggs and potatoes and lousy coffee...like a bad Denny's... So I have to rate the hotel as "average"
