We had a nice stay, and our kiddo enjoyed the indoor pool. The continental breakfast is very filling, with waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, tater tots, yogurt, etc. Also, the staff were very wonderful and accommodating. Unfortunately, I will say my husband and I both I slipped in the bathtub, which has no mat or rubber gripper. I was fine, but my husband got a large cut on his toe when his foot hit the metal drain stopper. This was a good hotel in an area that has a high rate of cars being broken into, and we felt safe during our stay.

Dear Rambler,

We do apologize for the delay in getting back to you and we were truly sorry to hear about the tub incident. We were truly glad to hear you both were okay.

All of our tubs are equipped with a no-slip surface and we definitely have to take a look at that particular tub.

We truly appreciate your wonderful feedback and were very glad to hear you felt safe at our hotel. Our goal is to serve our guests and we appreciate the kind feedback.

We look forward to seeing you again in the very near future.

My wife & I stayed two nights. The hotel is outside the "airport area", but near. The front desk staff were very friendly. There are two restaurants within walking distance. There is a city bus stop across the street (takes you to the university & downtown, for $0.35 if you are a senior).

Our only problem was the first morning, there was no one in the breakfast area to replace items for over 30 min., so item ran out and were not available.

Dear SF traveler,

The information you provided for the bus stop is very appreciative. Glad you had a chance to try the city transportation system.

A big thank you for your comments and we were glad to hear you had a great stay. Our apologies you felt the breakfast items were not replenished quickly.

We do hope you will come back and see us again soon.

We were here for 1 night, hotel and staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast area was bright and sunny, lots of choices for breakfast to choose from.
My only compliant was the washroom was really tiny, if I stood in the middle of the room, I could not extend my arms, but my main concern was the toilet was a very tight fit. Don't mean to be rude, I weigh 170lbs. And this was a tight fit for me. Someone much bigger may have a problem.

Room Tip: Pick top floor, as ceiling could use more insulation, we could hear foot steps and other noises above us on 3

Dear Bigred,

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience of our bathrooms being a little smaller than most. We are a fully renovated property and some things could not be helped, for example that are sinks are not in the same area as the toilet and shower. Many guests actually prefer this method for certain reasons but again, we were sorry to hear of your disliking.

On the flip side, we were glad to hear you enjoyed our staff and our great breakfast.

I stayed here just for one night. It was a good hotel. Everyone had very good customer service .
Our room was clean and looked nice. It has a good location and close to many places.
If you are driving there is a gas station just in front of the hotel also there are a lot of places around to eat and drink.

Traveled from Mesa Verde NP to this property. We were just staying overnight for trip home by plane. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful and were able to place in an accessible room even though we were early (check in standard is 3:00 pm). Clean and comfortable. The porcelain wash hand basin had some cracks due to something heavy being dropped. Hence, no five star. Aside from this, the place is great. We only spent the one night but the bed, pillows, etc, very comfy. Housekeeping staff friendly as is everyone with whom we can in contact. Breakfast has ample fare including scrambled eggs, spuds, sausage, dry cereals, yogurt, and fruit. Coffee is great if you enjoy full bodied coffee. Of course, there is tea. Free shuttle to and from ABQ (airport). I believe shuttle runs from 6:00 am to 2:00 am. Verify with hotel website.

Room Tip: We were in a room facing front - quiet.

Dear Edward,

First off, let me apologize for the inconvenience of your sink being cracked. I know our maintenance supervisor works very hard to maintain a great, problem free hotel and sometimes a few things, like this pop up. So once again, our apologies.

Our complimentary shuttle runs from 4:30 am to 11pm and glad you had a chance to utilize that during your brief stay and we truly hope you will come back and see us again
