I’m not sure if this business intentionally sells out early or not. Seems like a lot of possible wasted revenue. We tried 2x while we were there & early too. By 8:30 sold out & closed although their sign says open from 7:30-10. Maybe they need to make more if business is that good or change their sign!!

Hi Christina, thank you for sending us your honest feedback, and for trying to stop in while you were visiting Estes Park. In an attempt to have no waste, our goal is to sell the number of rolls that we make each morning, but we have no way of knowing when that will be. We work exceptionally hard to gauge how many rolls to make balancing quantity and quality. We love baking and while it might seem odd, we don’t worry about the revenue. Rather we focus on making people happy through sharing our passion. Please know next time you visit, we do indeed take preorders through our phone/answering machine, and we recommend reserving rolls especially during our busy summer season. Each day as we approach a complete sell out, we will change our signs near the road from our hours to sold out. We understand that these might be missed, but are working diligently to alert our customers to our supply level. Again, we are very sorry you missed us, and hope you will give us another shot if you are ever in Estes again!

The rolls here are phenomenal, sticky buns and cinnamon rolls, on steroids! Buns are huge, soft, delicious, big and fresh every morning. You better get there before 9:00am or they’ll be completely out! We ordered a dozen of the cinnamon rolls with heavy on the frosting, and boy did they deliver! The carton literally weighed 5 pounds, these are like no other cinnamon buns you’ve ever had in your life! Cinnamon rolls for a dozen were$31, at first I was a little taken back on the price, but they are well worth it! A MUST treat while you’re in Estes for your family!

I arrived at 8:45 and the sign said closed. Thankfully they let me in and I was their last customer of the day. The rolls were absolutely amazing. I was able to get two pecan rolls and 2 cinnamon rolls as well as one Carmel roll. They were the last ones in their case. Incredible

Fresh, soft and delicious! One can pick the amount of icing on their cinnamon rolls and pecan rolls too. There are even fruit options. Get there right before opening. Many times the are sold out by 10 am.

We stopped here to get a few to sample and had to come back the next day due to their popular reception. The Carmel pecan were sold out the second day and it was barely 800 am and they opened at 730 am. We ordered 6 and sat down to eat ours and the coffee was amazing good too. Before we left they were sold out. So plan on going early and good luck. They are worth they wake if you are a cinnamon bun fan.
