The attention to detail in this place is out of this world, and would definitely recommend stopping by, if only for a drink. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. Will certainly be coming back for dinner here next time I am in Providence. Thanks!

This place has potential. The interior is gorgeously designed with art nouveau murals, moldings, and fixtures. Very elegant.
The staff is friendly but a bit checked out at times.
The food needs some tweaking. A vegetarian dish of chick peas and harissa was a thin dish of chick peas in a spiced broth. A greater cooking time could have provided a meatier, stew like quality. Instead, the peas were firm and somewhat unappetizing. The salmon and fried eggplant was also underwhelming. Salmon was overcooked. (Leave some pink in the middle!)
Dishes were served with 4 or 5 minute gaps so that some of us had to stare hungrily while the other entrees were being assembled.
The desserts were on firmer footing. Good pot de creme and flan. Didn't love the beignets.
More attention in the kitchen would really improve this place.

We ate dinner here tonight for the first time and it is less than 10 minutes from our house. It surely will not be the last. We really loved the restaurant. The decor is art nouveau. The details are all custom. Mosaic floor tiles in the entry, wood work throughout, painted wall murals and custom iron sculptured detail on the windows.
The service was very good. I have read that it was slow, and I am inpatient. I found it just right.
There is a small bar in the entry, maybe 8-10 seats, but some additional tables. It seemed to be a nice neighborhood location with locals stopping by.
The food was worth going for. There are several appetizers, seems like there is always a smoked plate and a cheese plate. Several others.
3 salad choices and possibly 10 entrees.
There was a vegetarian meal, 3 seafood, steak, lamb and there may have been one or two that I forgot. We had a smoked fish appetizer, with crusty bread, kale salad on hummus toast and a mixed green salad and we both ordered the lamb. It was two chops with asparagus and spinach. The lamb was perfectly cooked.
There is street parking and a rear lot. They also have outside private dining when the weather allows.
We will be repeat customers.

Five friends together to mark an impending graduation. We enjoyed the marvelous decor, the muralled walls and intricate woodwork. Mimosas with a nice sparkle and not a lot of sweet. 1-inch head on the Guinness. The brunch menu was nice in it's variety and very pleasing in preparation. Nice service with every plate arriving on time and warn and no asking "who had the ...?". Good wait staff do not have to ask! Will go back.

We had mussels, swordfish and a local fish called fluke. It was all very fresh and delicious, but it took a long time to be served. The surroundings are unique - very Art Deco and interesting. Would go again.
