Visited this hotel this past weekend, it was a nice stay the rooms were clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. Close to restaurants and shopping, easy to navigate even during construction. Being dog friendly was a bonus. My family and I recommend this hotel.

jbeckz2811,

Thank you for taking the time to review our property! We are happy to hear the staff was friendly and your room clean. We do have many restaurants nearby as well as delivery by many restaurants. Yes, your furry family members are always welcome at Red Roof!

Thanks again and safe travels!

We were in Tucson again to visit aging parents for Memorial Day and End-of-School visit.

My family and I have stayed at this Red Roof Inn multiple times and have always found the rooms to be clean, the pool area inviting, and the staff always welcoming.

Kudos to the staff for their outstanding customer service, and to the manager, especially since the freeway exit is closed and the detour to get to the hotel was a bit confusing. The entire hotel staff were very helpful with advice on how to circumvent the construction.

The hotel was filthy and the room had a terrible smell. The walls are thin so we could hear the other rooms. We requested to switch rooms and they weren't able to accommodate. I will never choose this hotel again!!

Room was booked by a friend through Booking.com. REquested ground floor room to be able to manage dogs for dog show event....(reason we were staying there. Was "host" hotel for club) Ended up being put into a 2nd floor room. Trying to bring in crates for German Shepherds was not easy even with carts.
Few rooms had microwave and refrig. Apparently those rooms were classified as having a kitchenette. (incorrect description) A lot of Motel 6's have a microwave and refrig. for a lot cheaper rate.

Left a quilt (by accident) and called right away......yet no one has been able to find it.

Room Tip: Not the best

Carolyn P,

We have rooms with microwaves and refrigerators available on the website you booked on sorry your friend did not give you the options. We had a busy hotel for your event and the first floor rooms were rented very quickly. I checked in the lost and found storeroom and did not see any quilts. Thanks for the feedback and safe travels.

I found the rooms OK, and adequate for my two day stay very clean . The only problem was the road construction made it difficult to first get to the hotel. Other than that it was a very nice and quiet and stay. And I would stay there again
