This campground is within close driving distance to shopping, gas station, grocery store, golf course etc. I gave it 4 stars because the only thing I didn't like about it was they try to have you park your RV so close to your neighbor that you could hear them next door talking, snoring, or what have you. I know it's a place mostly for people who rent out for months but we still need some privacy. I feel claustrophobic and like I'm being spied on.

Very friendly staff and easy check in. We moved from another rv park to get closet to downtown and this was perfect. It's on 10 right off the highway. Sites can accommodate big rigs. Only downside is dog park is across the street and it is full of coyotes. The area is undeveloped so no dog park amenities.

Impressed with how clean everything is. The Interstate is close by,but the noise is barely noticed. Not sure why awnings are a no, no in the pull thru sites as they are quite roomy. Never seen this rule anywhere before. Hmmm. Price is fair for this campground.

Prince of Tucson is the Prince! Great site and clean. Arrived late with no problems. Made friends with two little twin girls riding there bicycles, they saw some chips in the back of the truck. I had to say no to their request. Wifi was so so, and the Gps doesn't lead you to their park, its a little off, had to call to get further directions.

WiFi is now free if you are in or near the main building. Owner is personable and tries his best to keep the park clean. We love living here and are sad to leave when the snow stops up north. Friendly residents make the park a fun place to be. Lots of things to do and see in the Tucson area.
