During our recent stay in Salem we had an early dinner at the Adriatic and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The menu isn't large but has plenty of options. My wife and I were both very pleased with our meals. My wife's lamb was perfectly cooked and quite flavorful. But the star of the meal was the eggplant parm. This was the best eggplant parm I have ever been served (and that includes my own and my mother's!). Add the Adriatic's very good wine list to the mix and you're in for a great meal. The only minor critique would be with our appetizer. We had the stuffed zucchini blossoms that came with zucchini sticks. The blossoms themselves were quite good, however the sticks were under-seasoned.
Will definitely return next time we're in Salem
