This is a very attractive property on the surface. It has a rustic mock-pueblo design on the exterior, the lobby and adjoining restaurant/bar areas. It's quite well done. For this price, though, none of the normal amenities are available that one would have even in a medium range hotel or motel like breakfast. The restaurant charges generally double prices for breakfast meals. There is no coffee maker in the rather small rooms. And one might guess the smallness is the reason there is no coffee maker, but I'm guessing it is one of several cost cutting arrangements here. The bedroom has two outlets. One is for the tv and a desk lamp. And the other...I had to unplug the clock to plug in my computer. Back to the coffee: At 7AM they put an urn by the elevators. I'm ready for coffee much earlier since I get out and do things. They have free yoga, but like I say, I get out and do things. And again, this is a cramped room.

The Hotel Santa Fe is a beautiful place with comfortable rooms. It has a great shuttle service to and from downtown morning and night. The drivers are friendly and very prompt. We had a great visit to this new favorite city!

Only Native American owned hotel in Santa Fe city center & their hospitality was phenomenal! Accommodations super cozy and comfortable & location was very central and very walkable to everywhere in town. Great value for money. They also upgraded our room to one with a balcony view when we emailed to ask for "a quiet room with a view" without extra charge. Highly recommend.

Room tip: Email to request a "quiet room with a view" & you'll be on 2nd or above so you can see mountains over the fence around the property.

The hotel is a bit off the beaten path so that’s nice. Still close to the plaza. It was clean as a whistle. The shuttle service was so nice. Always prompt and courteous drivers. One in particular was very knowledgeable about the area and points of interest.

Hotel was clean and most of the staff was friendly.. but the restaurant was so mixed up.. they messed up most of the orders .. we had breakfast there 4 days .. not one day was our orders right.. today my messed up plate came with already use butter pat in foil wrap.. charged for everything extra and you left something out they still charge the full amount.. the staff would never make it in a real restaurant ☹️⭐️⭐️
