While staying at the Inn on the Alameda, 15 of us gathered every morning for a very nice breakfast with a nice selection of items. We would gather again for delicious snacks and drinks after a day of being tourists and before dinner. Terrific and accommodating staff made for a lovely experience

Had dinner in this hotel where we are staying. We were very impressed...not a huge menu but should satisfy most people. I was curious about the cowboy hash...ultimate comfort food...will hold most people all day. My friend had the salmon tacos. She said they were very good. Cozy atmosphere with the kiva fireplace running.

After a big day of being tourists, we decided to order take out from Agoyo Lounge. My Chicken Tonga Tacos were top notch. My husband loved his Cowboy Hash and he is a hash snob.

It was so nice eating in and having such high quality food a phone call away.

Because everyone is flocking out to some of the other noisy, crowded (and yes, wonderful) Santa Fe restaurants, the Agoyo Lounge is often overlooked. It has excellent food, whether you are staying at the Inn at the Alameda or not. It is a great place for a glass of wine or a margarita next to the fireplace. Although the menu is limited, everything we had was great, including a traditional New Mexican chili. Two nights, local musicians played in the background. The first time we saw this place several months ago, we didn't go in because it looked almost like a private club. It is necessary to walk through the lobby of the hotel to get to the restaurant. But after the craziness of trying to get reservations at some of the better known restaurants in town during a week at this hotel, we appreciated the sweet space all the more. Give it a try for a special evening.

We stayed at the Inn on the Alameda and this Inn had the best restaurant. We ate there several times and of course I wrote about their spectacular complimentary breakfast. A late night snack at the bar was so satisfying sling with delicious drinks. Service was the best and everyone working at the Inn were professional and friendly.
