This is a unique little place, close to where we were staying in Santa Fe. We really enjoyed our first visit. The service was excellent - the server was knowledgeable and friendly. The crispy brussels sprouts and the spare ribs were delish! We liked it enough to go back a second time the same week. That visit was disappointing. Our server brought the wrong dish, and essentially told me 'well, that's what you ordered.' Nope. She did bring the correct order quickly, but we didn't see her again and had to ask another employee to find her to bring our check. Our first visit earned a '5' but had we had the second experience initially, we wouldn't have returned.

We drank a deliciously balanced well priced red wine plus had a hard choice to decide which of the amazing dishes we would get, wish we had another day to eat more! Get the Brussels sprouts, heard they were great... Too full to try :)

Not necessarily off the beaten path but you definitely feel like you are getting a feel for where the locals eat. This is a great quirky place that has great food and a good beer selection. We sat outside and it was very peaceful. Wait staff was top notch.

Funky little place. Nice atmosphere, great selection of wine and beer, and an eclectic menu of tasty food. You can't go wrong if you have the crispy brussel sprout app and the apple pie homemade ice cream for dessert. For the record I had the smoked duck special and my wife had the ribs. Hat tip to Will H for going above and beyond as our server.

This place was just down the street from where I was staying and I'm glad I stopped in to eat because the food was very good and had awesome service. The homemade ice cream was just fantastic.
