This Best Western is in a handy location, just off the freeway. It has a very good buffet breakfast, comfortable and quiet rooms. We have stayed here many times and will stay again as long as my sister lives in her Thousand Oaks retirement community.More

Staff was rude and not helpful. They were put off and bothered by any question... Unbelievable! Hotel is located next to the freeway and is extremely loud. This hotel is a remodeled Howard Johnson from many years ago. The remodel is okay, but a bit dingy. The included morning breakfast was also really bad. There's a lot of good breakfast spots in town... you'd be better off doing that. Next time I'll be staying at the Hampton Inn down the street... MUCH better, and comparable cost.

Great breakfast and well maintained grounds.Nice library with massage chairs.Very up to date lobby.Room was very clean and comfortable.Pool and spa was closed in December and Restaurant and bar closed by 9:30pm while we where there.

This is a great hotel in the heart of Thousand Oaks. Easy access off freeway and close to shopping and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. I am a regular customer here and highly recommended. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. The added breakfast is a plus.

We love staying at the Best Western! The rooms are always so clean, the beds have a TON of pillows & the BREAKFAST. The BREAKFAST IS DELISH! The pancake maker is my kids favorite! My husband & son enjoyed putting around in the middle common area too! I also liked the scooter rental, it is a fun way to grab dinner, run to the mall or farmers market!

Breakfast amenity is great. However during our stay, the bathtub drain was clogged, I reported to the front desk and our request was ignored. Extremely disappointed for the price we paid for. I could’ve stayed at the Marriott for better and cleaner facility but we were in a wedding group. Hope your company will compensate your staff better as it reflects on their performance.
