l booked this hotel through priceline name your price. I requested a 3 star hotel and won a Days Hotel which is part of Days Inn. Our hotel had water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, smelled of bug spray and one bed had very wrinkled sheets. In addition, every website offered this hotel for $75 or less. Priceline charged me $95. My idea of a 3 star hotel would be a Doubletree, Hampton or a Courtyard. The priceline issue is not the hotel's, but the leaking ceiling in the bathroom is. We will reevaluate after the hotel deals with the issue..

Only comment is maybe get softer pillows, but besides that clean, quiet no complaints. I think alot of the reviews were iether isolated events are just unfair. Its a pricey area to rent a hotel and quality for money was great. Staff were friendly, they even helped out with recommendations that made for a wild adventure haha #9000ftLookout

There were stains on our bed. We didn't have hot water the 1st day. The pool and spa were nice. Gym was just okay. Breakfast was not included. They had you pay at the restaurant attached too the hotel. Poor service there.

The check in was very efficient, friendly and informative. Lobby was pleasant. Our room was a good size, bed was comfortable and it was clean, but the most dated I think I’ve ever stayed in. Just some new bedding and towels would make a difference. Location is convenient but not within walking distance of downtown, so you need to drive if you want to check out what Flagstaff has to offer. The on-site restaurant was excellent, great food and service. We didn’t use the pool, that looked a bit old and scruffy too, but plenty were enjoying using it.
In all. The hotel is Ok for a night or so, but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer - desperate for some modernisation to drag it out of the 1970s
