The Grilled Vegetable Tart with
Herbed Goat's Cheese, Caramelized Onions, Balsamic Glaze was just amazing !
Every bite was better than the last !This should be a standard on the menu.
I paired it with Pinot Noir, Archery Summit Premier Cuvee 2014, from the Willamette Valley.
