Great dinner celebrating our last night in Hawaii. Delicious food and excellent service. You might need to make a reservation in high season.

We happened onto Biba's Restaurant and enjoyed quite a few meals during or stay. We loved the selection of entrees. We tried their pasta special, catch of the day, burgers and even a pizza. The flavor was good, not real salty and everything seemed freshly prepared. Service was good, very clean and a variety of seating options. The Mai Tai's were the second best.....

Very nice menu, I had the Lobster Ravioli and it was exceptional! Others in my group were very satisfied with their meals too.

Four of us came to Bibas. It was a busy evening, so the restaurant was crowded and we did have to wait to be seated inside. We ordered a bowl of soup, a kamuela caesar salad, shrimp scampi and a steak with green vegetables and fries. Overall, the food was good, but for some reason, we did not seem to have good luck with the server. When we complained to the manager that our server did not seem attentive and it was taking way longer than necessary to get our food, we were effectively brushed off, and were told, "there's a VIP in the house". Really, shouldn't every customer in a military resort be a VIP.

Food was delicious but the portions were a little small for my husband and son. Nice presentation. We ate outside and enjoyed it
