Tried this pizza place with two coworkers. 2 of us enjoyed the pizza by the slice and Caesar Salad. One of us ordered the Pesto Calzone. Everyone was very happy with their choices and we agreed we would return. The pizza is hand-tossed. The ingredients used were of good quality. Service was prompt.
We were surprised when we were told that they did not have ice for the drinks, but did have chilled glasses for soda and beer. I would encourage them to figure out a way to offer ice for water and soda.
Overall, I recommend this restaurant and will be going back.

We are in town for an extended period of time this summer and always looking for new and different places to eat. We came in to Sweet Basil just before 6 pm on a Monday. They had several pizzas made that they sell by the slice, or you can order what ever you want. One of our party got a slice and salad, I ordered the pesto calazone. They have sodas in a cooler to choose from, also some beer and wine selections. Service was pretty quick, my companions slice and salad came in about 5 minutes, she thinks they may have reheated the slice in the oven as it was nice and hot with crispy crust. My calazone was about 15 min, but had been made from scratch. They hand toss the crust where you can see all the prep work. As we were waiting a lot of people came in, so we beat the rush! The food was really good and prices were fair. My only complaint was they didn't have ice for our drinks, just chilled glasses. Nice variety of pizza options and some unique ingredients and combinations. We will definitely be back!!

Their industrial brick atmosphere and area to sit outside is one of our favorite Pizza stops. Their menu and staff are outstanding. We try to get there fairly early afternoon due to this place gets packed due to their pizzas. On side block from Main Street so when bands play at the Winery, you can sit and have something to eat while enjoying the weather & music. We never miss a chance to enjoy

This place is always busy, and for good reason. Their pizza is very good! Lots of toppings to choose from, and it's made where you can watch, including dough tossing. Very family friendly.
