Wonderful hotel! The best staff I've ever seen at any hotel! Super friendly they let us check in early then after a few hours called us to make sure everything was ok with our room every time we passed any staff they would ask us if we needed anything. There were NO BUGS of any kind! Closes to almost everything! And about a 20 min drive to downtown Cincinnati! And like 5 miles from kings island! Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast but everything was fresh! And they had mix in for the waffles! Will definitely stay here again

The only con the elevator! Needs a little tlc and is far from where the carts are. Thats all the cons we encountered!!

New owner they are up grading rooms. Breakfast was very good. The heating/cooling unit pretty noisy. Located walking distance from lots of eating places. Walls a little thin.no vending, you have to go to the check in area. Ice machines in all floors. Ours didn't work.

Trip with kids, arrived after midnight, manager offered to extend check out times with out asking, and also moved the room away from a potential noisy group which was not needed as we hit the road early the next morning. Very friendly and helpful. Room was good for the price with no major issues.

Got late and went farther than we planned so we picked this place off Trip Advisor. Found it easily and check in was swift. The room was quit and clean. The shower very nice. The breakfast was the standard with some decent sos that day and the coffee was really good. So I recommend this one

This was very disappointing. We have been here in years past for the tournament and had a decent experience. We usually stay in above average settings, but this hotel is placed well for access to Mason.
The front desk attendant was helpful and engaging, and there was easy access to rooms and elevators etc. The breakfast area was large, and the food typical of Comfort Inn and other hotels.
However, the hallway to the rooms was very warm, even stifling, with the daytime heat.
The rooms were below average in appearance, needing refreshing ASAP. The freestanding fridge works, but wasn't very attractive, sitting by itself against the wall, with a hole in the dresser where it was supposed to be. The bathroom had nothing special to note, just average, but at least, nothing to note. That's not always a bad thing.
Carpets were dated, and also need refreshing. There was a mild odor in the room, that remained throughout the stay. The AC kept up with the heat well enough. The view we had was the parking lot, but again, not notable.
All in all, an expensive night's lodging for the amenities and appointments found. Likely the rates were greatly increased for the tennis tournament, because they couldn't fill rooms at that rate for these flaws.

Room tip: stay elsewhere
