The hotel offers free airport pick up from the airport, check in was fast and smooth. We booked one of those 1st row beachfront rooms with direct access to the beach. A front porch to chill out with a clear view of the beach and sea from the bed. The aircon in the room is probably old and over worked for such a big room, even setting at 16 degree temperature doesn't really cool the room. With the soaring temperature outside during the day, It feels hot and stuffy in the room. I requested for a fan but it didn't help to cool the room much.

Room looks pretty dark and tired, comes with 1 queen and 1 single bed. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is huge but it does not have a shower curtain so water splashes out of the tub easily. Water pressure is good.
Breakfast is limited, mostly local cuisine. Staffs are very polite and friendly.

The hotel provides rental of e-bike at 3,000 kyats/hr. We rented the e-bike to commute around the island for sightseeing and meals. Pretty convenient.
Generally I don't think it's really value for money. I expected more from the price we paid.

first time here in ngapali and the hotel is good and has a quiet environment and service is ok and don’t ever come to ngapali during holidays like this new eve of myanmar thingyan and as i m from ygn, comparing to ngwesaung beach and chaung thar beach
its hard to travel during this holidays and hotel doesn’t has e bikes and it costs money to go to a place to another when you got no free e bikes

btw rooms are just fine and some rooms need to change water pumps, heaters that not working well, internet is just poor when it starts from morning to until people are sleep at nights
and swimming pool is just ok instead of none

in conclusion, this hotel is a fair and good state when you got a good breakfast for every mornings so
finally i did enjoy my holiday in here.

After over 3 weeks exploring Vietnam, Cambodia and other parts of Myanmar we took 5 days to chill at Ngapali Beach and we were so happy. This is a piece of paradise! Where to start...We stayed in a beach front duplex with the Bay of Bengal right in front of us. There are other rooms available in double story units but we recommend the beach front with porches with lounge chairs. The large wide path between our room and the main restaurant\bar area is lined with beautiful shading trees and lounge chairs. There are also lounge chairs and palapas on the beach.
The service was adorable....especially in the eating\bar area...the servers, most likely not having all the big city training went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We got to know each other.
The beaches are cleaned every day, they were not crowded when we were there and seem to be still unspoiled from over touristing. No hawkers trying to sell you stuff. There are other hotels and restaurants to check out close by down the beach but we were very happy where we were. Recommend the traditional massage at the hotel...Really theraputic.
The rooms were large with a King and single bed and the only negative was that the A\C unit was undersized for the room size. But for the most part we were very comfortable. We did hear upgrades were coming.
Take a tuk tuk ride for fun... and we did golf at the local course which was a very interesting experience but don't expect alot!
We really loved this place..

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, the pros: the beach is wonderfull, very quiet with wifi (I'm writting this review on the beach ), nice small pool, friendly staff, located near good restaurants on the beach.
The cons: The standard rooms are dark, old and noisy due to the location near the road. The beds are hard, very hard. Overall average because the main reason I'm here is to stay at the beach but the sleep quality on standard rooms is very bad. There are several more ecpensive rooms that i cannot comment but if you choose the standard ones you will prefere to stay outside all day and most of the night.

After staying at Thande River View in Bagan I was smart enough to choose the same at Ngapali. I stayed in a very comfortable and spacious room with see view and lovely sun beds on a private balcony. The bathroom is also spacious and nice. There’s a closet with lots of space in between. The staff is friendly and very efficient.
Breakfast is excellent, fresh juices eggs brown bread delicious French croissants and muesli with apple juice.
Thande is also at the best location of the beach near the restaurant area. You can make nice walks along in both directions.
Everything works and looks harmonious in this lovely place.
