You need to make a reservation - just ask for Darinia around the village, or visit her house and make a reservation. Its a little hard to find - basically walk north on the west side of the island and go towards the Las palmeras hotel. You will see a sign with the name of the restaurant on your right hand side - just turn right and walk around to the back of the house.
For 20 dollars each we got a three course meal: a salad, a shrimp appetizer and a wonderful fish dish. Other people at our table got beef and vegetarian dishes.
We brought our own beer but she also sells tona and non-alcoholic drink.
