Nice Hotel and we had a large ocean front room. As the weather wasn’t perfect we did stay in our room a little more than we would usually do on a Holiday and the TV reception was poor. The Westin Staff are lovely and you can use the Sheraton next door facilities also. Better suited for couples without kids.

Westin hotel and its staff from
The moment we arrived, checked in, room service, at the poolside, buffet breakfast, kayak, and along the hallways throught the hotel, not forgetting the buggy drivers and tour desk staff were AMAZING! This is our very first visit to Fiji after years of contemplation and we were certainly pleased. Thanks for our friends Edwin and Ashneel (Fijian Borned) for their recommendations and being our local guides and lovely travel companions :) We look forward to our next trip to Fiji and will stay at The Westin again without any doubt. Thank you to all the staff for a memorable trip!!

Eating dinner impossible because of sandflies biting your legs, the only thing all the staff offers to the guests is to spray yourself with chemicals. So I decided to take away my food out of the restaurant. Only option.

This is the epitomy of Fijian hospitality. But do not be fooled to think that the this the hospitality at the resort only. This is what Fiji is like. And I'm not saying this because I was born there, but because I returned after 8 years to realise that things have only improved. There are lots of things to do for everyone!

The resort:
Given its age, it captures the best local feel. The staff are super attentive to detail, friendly and always have a smile that is genuine and comforting. The rooms to the kitchen and wait staff, we were always made to feel special. Doesn't matter what part of the world you come from, you will find Fiji is warm not only in its climate but in its heart and soul.

The buffet breakfast is great! The fresh fruits to the fresh omelette and fresh juice. The kitchen grill is fantastic with amazing seafood and not to mention the world class service. The cocktails are delicious and the poolside snacks are a real treat. Don't miss the watermelon and mint ice blocks!

The resort is 1.5km to the port (walking distance) and transportation via taxi or a local bus is available to Nadi town.

Spent 3 days to attend an international conference. Great staff but room to improve quality of service. Once beautiful rooms have now become too tired. Leaking roofs and flow of water into the room during rain. Good food. It's time for a major refurbishment.
