Whilst out walking, and exploring the local area with my wife, we came across this little chapel just on the outskirts of the village as we entered Pettneu am Arlberg.
The little chapel to Sankt Sebastian looks more like a house in size.
The chapel has roads on either side of it, albeit the roads were not busy during our visit, and the setting is just absolutely beautiful.
We were rather interested in the story that goes with it too, as to why it was built in such a dangerous place/location - i.e. avalanches etc.
Apparently it has suffered a lot over the years.
The main door was open during our visit, although access was restricted due to a metal grilled frame, but we were still able to take photographs through the frame.
A memorable visit.
