If you stay here do not be put of by the entrance. The old wooden door needs repair and is located between a dress shop, and an Alfa Romeo repair shop. There are three flights of stair to the upper part of the building, where the rooms are. A bit tough for luggage, but the rooms and views, once you get there are fantastic. Rooms are clean and each one has a balcony. There is a great rooftop patio for sitting and having breakfast or a drink. The hotel is on a bus stop, so you do not need to drive to visit the various towns on the Almalfi coast. Only bad part is that the parking is not convenient (but you do not want to drive in this area anyway - best to take the bus or taxi). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good restaurant nearby - Ristonante Zio Sam.

Room tip: all rooms have a great view - top floof

Visited the area on business and my company made the booking. Unfortunately they had not passed on to me the hotel information about arriving out of hours. I arrived after 9pm after a delayed flight and hairy drive around the coast on a weekend evening! After much distress I finally got into the hotel and everyone was so kind. The room was fine for what I needed, it was clean and comfy. The location is great and views from the balcony are awe inspiring

We got off to a bad start having not read the check in info telling us to let them know if we would arrive outside the times of 2pm-7pm (we got there at 7.45) so the guy had to come back which he wasn't happy about (we didn't realise why until we read the info again! sorry! :) ). The apartment was great, a little kitchenette area attached to the bedroom area and a decent bathroom. The only issue was the toilet which was positioned so you had to get really friendly with the shower cubicle (no good for people with long legs!). Very nice shower and decor throughout though. The highlight is the balcony with 2 sunlounges, table and 2 chairs. Absolutely stunning views across the coastline and scenery. Very good for a convenient location to explore the coast and great for the price.

Pros: Perfect location between Positano and Sorrento. Beautiful views from the patio. The hostess is very nice. The room is spacious and clean.
Cons: Cheap mattress, you can feel all the coils. The windows are filthy. The WIFI is very weak, we had to go in the hall to make it works.

We stayed there for 5 nights and it was a pleasure as the B&B is situated on the top of a hill between Sorrento and Positano. Location is in a small village and away from the downtown bustle of Sorrento. Bedroom and bathroom are modern and breakfast is fine. Best part are the views of both sides of the peninsula (highlight was fireworks from Sorrento) and the patios that you can sit on. We used local trains and SITA buses for all our transport and that was a bonus. Very welcoming place. Excellent restaurant walking distance - Zio Sam
