Dined as table of 6 for a Sunday carvery that begins at 12pm
The meats (turkey, pork, gammon and beef) were superb and the range of veg, sauces and accompaniments such as daulphinoise potatoes and cauliflower/broccoli cheese and fresh pork crackling were all excellent.
How this place can deliver that quality and quantity for just £12.95 per person with only a modest number of tables in this quaint and atmospheric inn is brilliant.
I can easily see why they are number one and people travel for miles to experience their roasts!
