The hotel was what was expected, better communication beforehand like no service to room because of Covid and to be informed restaurant not open in the evening. Wouldn't stay in Rhyl unless on a caravan site, more things to do like the fair for the kids down by Happy Days!. very very limited places to eat and have a drink when you have children after 9pm and not much to do in Rhyl town, need to drive out and visit places. Locals friendly and Italian was great!

I always choose Premier Inn if I'm having a break away in the UK and PI Rhyl Seafront, a perfect location if you have children everything on the door step including free car parking.
The restaurant site is not badly priced
plus the staff were very helpful.

Charlene who was front of house there was very friendly and helpful and attended to our every need, a lovely girl. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean and had everything we needed and if there was anything else you needed in your room they didn't hesitate to supply it.The air conditioning was great as I tend to get very warm. The hotel is in a good location with the sea just seconds away.Would definitely recommend !

We are currently still in this hotel, very disappointed got zero chance of a good nights sleep as room is next to the stairs so sounds like a constant herd of elephants walking past, there is also no door seal on bedroom door which premier inn usually have to lessen noise, so everytime someone closes a door our door bangs. Spoke to reception 3 times - 1 to ask to move hotels- no manager available to do this, 2 to complain about the noises and move rooms - rooms all full, aware of the door seal and it's on there list of jobs to do, and 3 how to find good night guarantee form which seems to be not available on the internet or from reception!! Each time no one was aware of previous complaints
As for the room, there was no toilet lid which I found quite unhygienic , the bedding didnt fit the beds! The air con was good though!
We also visited the attached restaurant, the breakfast service was awful and in the end we gave up waiting, the evening service was much better however.
My advice would be dont stay in rhyl (its awful) stay in llandudno instead its definitely on the up.

-On checking arrival we was told that we had to pay £3 extra for the breakfasts as it has come up on the system as an error.

-tuesday pm at restaurant - we had a table booked for 6pm. Served 10minutes later for drinks and food. Drinks arrived 20minutes later. Then 20minutes for the food. Then there was no courtesy check. We were going to order a desert and another drink but noone took our plates for us to order it. We asked for the bill about 15minutes later. Paid and left in a hurry.
There was a lot of other people complaining and waiting a long time.

-Wednesday am - waited 10minutes for someone to take our order. Drinks took 25minutes. Food was a further 15minutes and people who arrived after us got their food and drinks first. (Large tables) food arrived finally  but we were not asked if we wanted sauces etc.
We had to ask for sauce. And when our food came we didn't get our toast we ordered. No courtesy check. Go up and left as soon as we finished.

Breakfast the following two mornings was quick and easy! So it depends in the Staff we think.

Hand sanitisers in entrance were empty for 2 days
