Excellent customer service by night reception staff who went above and beyond such a professional young man
The only thing was told by earlier reception staff my room wouldn’t be cleaned as I was only staying 2 nights I could request clean towels which I did and asked for a bin change ,,, only to return after a v long day ., to find nothing had been done

During my business trip around the NW of UK I have stoped at Premier Inn Rhyl Seafront, and as usual, Premier Inn did deliver. Rooms are mostly same standard, unless you're unlucky to get a tiny TV in a far corner of your room...
Happy with room. The room was cold at first but soon heated up. The receptionist who checked me in, Carla was really kind and helpful.. She explained the room had been empty for a while so would take a bit of time to heat up.
Receptionist Carla was ever so welcoming and helped us with our bags.
Will be returning again this year!
Food was ok and drinks were lovely. Reasonably prices and room was immaculate. Thank you again.
I visited the hotel on a sporting road trip that took me from South to North Wales for rugby and then onwards into Northwest England for other events. The hotel was in a good location for my purposes, easy to find, and had free parking (remember to enter your car details). essentially almost in the town centre and opposite the local cinema. I did have coffee at the restaurant, which was quite busy. I did not have dinner or breakfast - but it was all the usual Premier Inn fare. Nice rooms; very little noise from outside given the location; rooms were very clean; bed very comfortable; bathroom and shower were good with reasonable towels. Power at the bedside cabinets would have been good, but that's often a bit of a complaint with many hotels. I would recommend and stay there again if in the area.
Checked into the premier inn and was checked in by tayla, very good customer service and very good with my little girl, helpful and very pleasant, room was very clean, for £50.15 a night the room had a bath and shower! Room had a mood light which was amazing! Would recommend staying here!
