My family of six stayed here recently for a long weekend to attend a wedding in a nearby country house. It was wonderful. It is about 5 minutes drive from the nearby town of Newtown but you will need your sat navigation to get there! The cottages(3/4)are set in the grounds of a large house behind automatic gates. Very posh! And safe. Cottages are all modernised and ours had a very large open plan lounge kitchen and dining room which occupied the whole of the downstairs. On entry there is a separate downstairs toilet.Plenty of room for entertaining. There is sat tv. All cooking and dining facilities. Ironing board and iron. In fact all you need to live comfortably. There is no phone signal but complementary wifi which is slow but just about ok. Nice leather sofas to relax on. Upstairs three bedrooms. One ensuite. Beds vet comfortable. Shower strong . Other two rooms share toilet and bathroom facilities. Two of the rooms have views over a small lake with fountain. Everything was functional and all very clean and tidy.Gorgeous place to stay. Highly recommended.
On arrival you are provided with milk tea and coffee , washing up liquid, limited soap and toilet paper. This will last a day or so so you will need to buy in your own supplies.
Parking is good and safe in the grounds.
All in all excellent.

We had a family get together. It was very roomy with a nice lay out and plenty of parking. The owners were very helpful when we reported a problem with the light bulbs.
The only problem we had was there was no where to put wet boots and coats. There was coat hooks in the loo, but we no longer live in the dark ages if you know what I mean.

I stayed here as part of a friend's stag do and the accommodation really is very impressive. There is so much space and there were no issues fitting in the 16 of us. Everything is provided even towels and the owners were very friendly, on hand to help with any issues. It is in a truly impressive location and if your wanting a good space in a quiet location then its perfect. The barn itself is well equipped with wifi and Freesat all available (extra cost for wifi). I would certainly recommend it for a return trip to this part of Wales.
