The Lodge is first class, deep in the veld surrounded by mountains. We loved the Ostriches and Boks wondering around the cabin.
Monwabisi, the manager made us very welcome and arranged an excellent meal in the evening.
Cabins and Lodge restaurant were top class.
Highly recommended !

WOW what an experience. Wide open space, silence, lovely nature, excellent views of valleys and mountains. It started with a black wildebeest watching me enter the gate. on my way to the lodge I had to stop to allow eland to cross the road. We enjoyed the opportunity to see how the cheetahs is fed. The evening ended with a blue wildebeest gracing about 10 metres from our house.
A big thank you to the manager. My wife and I really enjoyed chatting to him. He has clearly got a lot of knowledge but also a lot of enthusiasm and love for what he is doing. I have already recommended a number of people to visit the lodge.

A great place to go to if you want to disconnect from the rest of the world and be close to Mother Nature as well as bond with your family. Friendly staff especially Monwa who is so passionate about his work. In terms of cleanliness the chalets are average. Overall pleasant stay. Phuti From Durbanville

The perfect place to get away from it all - off the grid, but you can connect to the Internet in the very comfortable shared lounge. Breakfasts were freshly prepared to order, and the ostrich fillet at dinner was special.
Best of all for us great walks from the camp into the Karoo veld. We went in winter (woke up to snow on the hills), but were warm and cosy inside our cottage.
