Dined with a colleague and a supplier for the first time in Restaurant 54 having eaten in many other places in the area over the last 25 years. The menu is superb and the quality matches it. All 3 courses were sumptuous. the highlight was the white chocolate orange cheesecake (see pic). It's not cheap but good value for money. The service is understated and efficient. The experience was on a par with my favourite Canterbury restaurant Kathton House. highly recommended
