This place feels like real home. Food is perfect and the stuff even better. They serve the best tzatziki ever and I still remeber the taste of your fresh juices and cold tea :)
Miss you guys!

Lovely cafe by the beach with an amazing view over the bay. Cool interior and lots of signs and pictures on the walls. Nice laid back music on, and a very cozy atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. And the food tasted delicious, in fact so much so that we had to go back twice during our stay in Crete!

We popped in here for cocktails on our first night & visited several times after for drinks & food. It only has a few tables so we reserved one looking across the sea.

It is not a traditional Greek taverna which was nice, but offered a good selection of Meze. I had fisherman's garlic bread & the fella had the wonderfully titled 'sausage of the curious'! Both were fresh & tasty. For main he had a simple homemade burger which he enjoyed & I had village chicken, which was a baked dish of chicken, aubergine, potatoes & cheese. It was huge & I could only eat about a third but was delicious.

The cocktails here are lovely & it's a very cute bar run by Leo & his wife, who also have a pizzeria round the corner. Leo is a brilliant host & took the time to chat with us when it got quieter. Would definitely recommend it.

Our favourite place for morning coffee, lunchtime beer. Sit near the front and watch the world. Lovely friendly staff, colourful quirky decor. Food good too. Homemade cream to die for! Visited at least once almost every day of our two week holiday. Hope to go back!
