Brilliant Views, a few steps yes but we knew that already, the hotel was better than we thought it would be. We never used the pool or pool area but it looked lovely despite towels being out early and nobody on them as per every other hotel you go to. The staff were lovely and helpful, the wifi was good once you got logged on but the staff helped us to do that. The balcony was a good size, I would suggest a sunbed on the balcony for those who don't want to use the pool.

Puerto Rico, we have been to many times and it never disappoints. Definitely visit again.

Clean room. Excellent service! (Oliver went above and beyond) a group of 12 stayed, but unfortunately 2 had to be transferred to sister hotel. We booked individually. Lack of sockets, firm bed, power shower. Would stay here again. Walk to centre easy, less stairs than other hotels

First time at this hotel - will definitely not be the last. Rooms very good, cleaners in nearly every day, beds changed every two days and towels on cleaning days. Balcony superb, great views of the valley and out to sea in fact they are big enough to take at least one sunbed (possibly 2) saving complaints of not enough round pool. We found plenty room round pool and the stash of spare beds on the sun terrace next to the bar. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful especially Oliver and maintenence staff. All in all very good although the bar needs some work to bring it (and bar staff) up to 4*.
