I have recently enjoyed a two night stay here at the Ferncliffe.
As a regular fell walker I look for something extra in a b & b.
On arrival at our accommodation all three of us were absolutely soaking wet.
Our hosts immediately took a huge pile of wet muddy kit. I was later returned bone dry- great service.
The rooms were modern clean with great beds.
Breakfasts were excellent, A generous choice of cereals fruit yogurt etc plus a fabulous "full English"
Our hosts themselves were fun knowledgeable the perfect professionals.

Ferncliffe is a lovely b&b and the hosts are very welcoming. We had a soaking on Ingleborough Hill and arrived damp and bedraggled. Our wet clothes and boots were taken away and handed back dry in the morning. Their advice on places to eat was spot on. A fine place to stay.

Stayed here for one night whilst walking the Dales Highway. We arrived here soaking wet after a very arduous walk over Ingleborough in appalling conditions. We received a very warm welcome our wet things were taken from us and reappeared the next morning dry and warm. WOW. The room was lovely very clean and the breakfast gave us a good kickstart for another day.

We stayed for four nights with friends from 28th May and were most impressed with the comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast and very friendly hosts. Karen even took us to the start of one of our walks! Would definitely recommend it and would stay again if in the area.

We Stayed over for two nights , when taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, Karen & Keith were fabulous hosts. Nothing was too much trouble they even accomodated my daughter so we didn't have to drive after our challenge. The rooms were well decorated and very clean. Breakfast was exceptional with a varied selection of fresh fruits, cereals, yogurt and cooked breakfast. Karen prepared a packed lunch for our challenge and left milk and cereal for our early morning start on the day of the challenge. Thank you again for you support especially for helping to dry out all out wet stuff. The Ferncliffe is a must! If you are ever visiting Ingelton.
