I went to this hotel for work meeting. Hotel look nice and clean if you compare with hotel nearby.
I stayed here at this hotel less than 24 hours but electric blacked out two times.
First time about lunch time at meeting room and second time in the morning about 7 am without any notice from hotel staff but I called and ask staff they said this is normal and will come back soon.
Why you didn’t remind guests that check in your hotel to prepare it.
Our last meeting in meeting room was interrupt from other group during meeting that never happened in my life. We had to walk out from room and back to hotel that open hotel room at ground floor for meeting.
Is that well organized from hotel management!
Food never be labeled for what they cook. Just keep it to eat with your family. Don’t even think about to serve guests.
Trust me don’t even think about to go nearby this hotel.

This hotel and condo is about 17 minutes drive from main road to Khao Yai national park(thanarat road) , via yothatikarn road, in Bonanza village area. It's quite dark at night and no clear signs to the hotel main buildingsA,B .However,the location of this horel is so perfect with mountain view and veggies plantations, dragon fruit and many fruits. Hotel room is built in as condominium room with kitchenette area for cooking and 8.5 cubic feet fridge. It's separation between sleeping area with dining and living space area.its convention hall is 600 metres far from the main building, can not go on feet , need driving. So stay here is not quite convenient.

Strongly not recommend to stay or organize any event here. The hotel is totally not ready to serve any guest, especially a group of guests. The premises were not designed to be a hotel but a condo. The management has no responsibility at all. They did not deliver what they have promised. Quality of services is very low, very far from standard. Unbelievable!!
